Literally, on the sea, Marcandole al Mare is a magical pile-dwelling structure built in the swinging ’60s that has been brought back to its original beauty, for the joy of the sea lovers, by Roberta e Alessandro Rorato, from the renowned Marcandole restaurant in Salgareda, and Roberto Bardella, a chef from Jesolo.

The restaurant, reopened in summer 2016, enchants for the fine fish cuisine and the fab panoramic view on the Jesolo’s lighthouse.

Next to the restaurant, there is also a cool lounge bar, overlooking the beach, that from time to time hosts parties with dj-set. Just before sunset (for a more romantic experience just check that there are no events scheduled for the evening), book a corner table overlooking the sea and enjoy a chilled cocktail at the lounge bar.

The Secret

A dream come true: working in the restaurant “in the most beautiful place in Jesolo” was Roberto Bardella’s lifelong desire that came true almost by chance (or fate some would say) thanks to the lucky meeting with Roberta and Alessandro delle Marcandole.
