On the hills of Marostica, Cucina Diesel Farm is Renzo Rosso's heaven. He has transformed 100 hectares of biodiversity into a rural oasis that houses his winery and a farmhouse with a view, serving traditional dishes and his excellent wines and organic products.
Diesel Farm is one of the few places in Veneto where international glamour meets rural roots, creating a magical blend, where tradition and rock spirit coexist in the philosophy of “Only The Brave”, the motto of Renzo Rosso and Diesel.
Founded in 1994, Diesel Farm was born from Renzo Rosso’s desire to return to his roots, to when he lived on a farm and his father taught him lessons that followed the rhythms of nature. So, in 1993, he purchased a 100-hectare plot of land in the hills between Marostica and Bassano del Grappa and created a true ecosystem where vines, olive trees, and vegetables are grown, and animals graze freely.


Throughout my life, I’ve always cultivated. Passions, dreams, desires. Without ever forgetting my homeland. For me, the greatest joy is sharing all of this through the fruits of my labor, be it clothes, wine, olive oil, or a way of life.

The (Diesel) Farm-to-Table Philosophy
Cucina Diesel Farm, opened in 2024, is located at the panoramic summit of the hill. It features an indoor dining room with a large stone fireplace, a bar area, and a wonderful terrace under the trees overlooking the city of Bassano del Grappa.
The cuisine, of course, follows a (Diesel) Farm-to-Table philosophy, based on the estate’s organic produce, the animals from its pastures, and crops from the adjacent gardens.


A menu that pays homage to tradition
The menu revolves around the seasons, bringing to the table—of course, on Diesel denim placemats—what the land offers at that precise moment. The most representative dishes pay homage to the Vicenza tradition and the farm’s own products.
Meat: from the Farm’s charcuterie boards to the beef fillet sourced directly from its own free-range, free-range, and free-fed farm-raised cattle.
First Courses: fresh homemade pasta topped with garden vegetables, from tagliatelle with ragù to white asparagus risotto.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil: a green gold cold-pressed from the property’s 3,000 olive trees, the star of many dishes, from bread and oil to country salad.


The Cellar: “Only The Brave” Wines
You can’t talk about Cucina Diesel Farm without mentioning its iconic wines, which can also be tasted by the glass, including:
Bianco di Rosso: an elegant and mineral Chardonnay.
Rosso di Rosso: a Bordeaux blend (Merlot and Cabernet) that has become a cult favorite among lovers of structured reds.
Nero di Rosso: a refined Pinot Noir, a pure expression of the hilly terroir.

The Secret
In the fields and woods near the farm, there are wild boars, roe deer, squirrels, bees, and numerous species of birds, including hawks. Diesel Farm has no gates, fences, or borders: it’s simply a world within a world. Anyone can enter and immerse themselves in the silence of the forest.
