Owned by the Ferro family, it currently has two concept stores: the main one in Castelfranco, where you can purchase special bottles and gourmet food products, and a second in Jesolo, in the central Piazza Drago, where you can also stop for an aperitif.

The Castelfranco store was born in 2014 from the dream of entrepreneurs Michela and Giovanni Ferro of creating not only an extraordinary wine shop but also a place to meet and discover products from the most diverse origins, purchasing them or following one of the many lessons offered by the Ferrowine Academy, held by professional sommeliers and experts.

The environment is breathtaking, with over 1,000 square meters of exhibition space spread over two floors. The project was entrusted to a pool of creative minds from Padua: architect Luca Fanton and designer Antonio Frasson, Master Set Designer at the Academy of Fine Arts of Venice, accompanied by architect Bernardino Baesso who curated all the interior design.

Drawing inspiration from the timeless iconography of ancient libraries, the designers have created a striking architecture that showcases each product to its best advantage. Great attention has been paid to the materials used, such as oak, which has always been associated with the world of wine, and iron, with its industrial feel.

The lower floor hosts a private room and the famous Ferrowine vault where the most important bottles are stored, from great reds to the finest French sparkling wines up to precious whiskies. Here, upon request, exclusive visits can be organized.

All labels can also be purchased through the online shop of Ferrowine. In addition to bottles of all kinds and origins, the store offers a wide selection of excellent food products, both sweet and savory, with a truly extraordinary choice during the Christmas holidays.

In the “pantry” corner, you can find the best French cheeses all year round, accompanied by vegetables and products preserved in oil, pâtés and jams, truffle-based products, oysters, and bottles of oil with a particular eye for the most beautiful packaging. Furthermore, the store offers the Ferro Home line, which includes a selection of objects and home accessories, perfect as gift ideas.

Ferrowine organizes many types of tastings, such as craft beers paired with the best Italian cured meats, champagnes and crémant paired with French cheeses, and also gin, sake, and both white and red vermouth. All the experiences can also be purchased as gift vouchers.

And in the Ferrowine Academy room on the upper floor, in addition to in-depth and training courses, it is also possible to organize company meetings, which can be preceded or followed, needless to say, by a special tasting.

The Secret

The large caged lamps that hang from the ceiling, custom-designed by the Fanton & Frasson studio, take their inspiration from the sinuous shapes of traditional wine demijohns.
