Airelles Palladio Venice, the first exceptional international Maison from the French hotel group Airelles, opened in May 2026; a luxury retreat that combines for the first time the transalpine art de vivre with the most authentic artisanal and cultural traditions of the Serenissima.

Airelles Palladio extends across three historic 16th-century buildings on the island of Giudecca, nestled in a nearly one-hectare park—a veritable miracle of greenery and flowering pergolas amidst the urban fabric of Venice.

The main complex occupies the former Istituto delle Zitelle, designed by architect Andrea Palladio in 1561, where young, impoverished girls learned various skills, including lacemaking (a skill so renowned that Louis XIV was crowned in Reims wearing a collar made there).

Airelles breathes new life into homes with a unique soul and history, thanks to the magic of emotions, the beauty of art, and attention to detail.

The journey through history continues at the nearby Villa Frollo, once a holiday home for the aristocracy and a famous artists’ guesthouse in the 20th century, and the Conventino, a former teaching facility now transformed into a majestic private villa with three bedrooms, a swimming pool, and a private garden.

The Interiors: A Hymn to Venetian and French Arts

The interior design, orchestrated by architect and artistic director Christophe Tollemer, celebrates the meeting of two cultures. French linens and velvets blend harmoniously with Venetian terrazzo and marble floors, Murano glass, and Fortuny and Rubelli fabrics.

Philological research has led to the acquisition of over 3,000 works of art and antique books from exceptional antique dealers, which decorate every corner of the hotel, including the beautiful living rooms.

The 45-room Airelles Palladio comprises 17 rooms and 28 suites, including the spectacular 450-square-meter Doge’s Suite with four bedrooms and a 360-degree panorama.

The new temple of wellness in Venice

With 1,700 square meters spread across three levels, the Spa at Airelles Palladio is the largest wellness center in Venice. A true sanctuary of tranquility overlooking the internal gardens, it features four pools—one private indoor pool and one dedicated to children in the Kids Club—a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a Japanese infrared Iyashi Dome, and a yoga and fitness studio.

Wellness here becomes a customized sensory journey thanks to two world-class brands: Guerlain, the historic French fashion house that has created exclusive treatments inspired by the city of water, and Rossano Ferretti HairSpa.
