In Jesolo, Tuesday evenings at the 5-star Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa are dressed in Dolce Vita style, featuring the traditional Pan-fried Spaghetti with Lobster dish at its seafront restaurant, PURO Cucina Autentica.
In the heart of Jesolo, where Richard Meier’s iconic design meets Matteo Thun’s sophisticated interiors, the Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa is celebrating one of Italy’s most iconic summer dishes for summer 2026: spaghetti with lobster.
Every Tuesday evening from 7:00 pm, at the PURO Cucina Autentica restaurant, under the supervision of the Executive Chef and his team, PURO La Spaghettata will take place, featuring one of the most iconic seafood recipes.
We wanted to create a ritual for all those who spend the summer in Jesolo: a Tuesday evening enjoyed relaxing by the sea and enjoying one of the most iconic dishes of Italian summers: spaghetti with lobster.
The art of conviviality: pan-fried lobster spaghetti
On Tuesday evenings, the spotlight is on this dish: lobster spaghetti. In true “Dolce Vita” style, the pasta is served in striking pans placed at the center of the table.
The quality of the ingredients is unparalleled, but the true luxury is the unlimited refills, combining the sophistication of a five-star restaurant with the warmth of endless dinners with friends, enjoyed in the restaurant’s open-plan kitchen or on the seafront terrace.
An evening of PURO fun
The evening begins with a vegetable dip and a glass of sparkling wine, culminating with spaghetti with lobster and concluding with a fruit sorbet.
You can start the evening with a cocktail in the Falkensteiner Resort & Spa lounge bar, perhaps trying one of its Signature Spritzes on the seafront terrace, or enjoying an after-dinner “chantant.” Every Tuesday, the Spaghetti Party is enlivened by live music featuring the most beautiful songs of Italian summers.
The Secret
The history of the Falkensteiner Group began with a small guesthouse in South Tyrol, where Maria and Josef Falkensteiner embarked on their hospitality journey in 1957. Even today, their motto is “Welcome Home,” a reminder of the family’s origins and passion, which permeates every aspect of the Falkensteiner vision.
