In Cavaso del Tomba, Casavecia embodies the bucolic dream of the perfect countryside made of generous vineyards and flowered gardens, located in that corner of Venetian paradise that has been elected home by many artists and patrons of arts who give life in this small town in the province of Treviso to a vibrant cultural scene.
An artistic DNA that is already found in the history of Casavecia: the old farmhouse was, in fact, the home for a long time of the famous jazz musician Lilian Terry. This magic continues today with its new owners, Gaia and Roberto, who after buying the house in 2009 have carried out a long conservative restoration until 2017 when they finally opened the B&B to their beloved guests. As soon as you reach the farmhouse, the beauty of the garden – a project conceived by garden designer Kristian Buziol who also took care of the restoration of the legendary garden of Freya Stark in Asolo – that surrounds the property is just mesmerizing.
Inside the house, everything speaks of design and contemporary art, two great passions of Gaia who personally art directed the interior design project of the farmhouse. As a result, in the various rooms you can admire pop paintings by Mario Schifano, giant photographs by the Japanese photographer Nobuyoshi Araki or the wooden sculptures by Dimitris Vamvakaris (the tree embracing the living room is just beautiful). Unique pieces that blend very well with cult design objects such as the Focus fireplace, the Vitra lounge chair or the glass faucets by Thun.
The three rooms are equipped with ultra comfort features: from the jacuzzi to the maxi shower, from the handmade Beltalia mattress that allows you to relax with 7 types of massage to the luxury courtesy toiletries.
Breakfast is served in style in the spacious dining room on a stylish deco table: from vegan and wholemeal products to seasonal delicacies prepared by local pastry chefs, you will be spoiled for choice. And in sunny days you can enjoy breakfast outside on the beautiful terrace overlooking the garden.

Casavecia is in an enviable, central position to take many fab day trips. Just a few miles away from the center of Asolo and the Canova Museum, it’s also the ideal starting point for many wonderful walks. Among all, one will really steal your heart: in twenty minutes you can reach, in fact, the Church of San Martino, dating back to the eleventh century, which preserves marvelous medieval frescoes as well as, visible through glass windows on the floor, the tunnels created by Italian troops during the First World War. The Church is one of the most mystical places in the Veneto region: it is impossible, in fact, not to feel the powerful energy that surrounds it, as the ex-votos, reminding of many miracles granted, testify. Art lovers cannot also miss the walk along 30 works of art, including murals and sculptures, that start from the village of Castelciés up to that of Costalunga.
Gaia and Roberto will be able to advise you on all the most beautiful and exclusive experiences to live in Asolo and its surroundings; they are so friendly and nice that many guests come back to Casavecia just to spend time with them…but ssshhhhh this is just a secret!
