The Holiday Season at Villa Arquade
In Arquà Petrarca, all the charm of Christmas is in a splendid noble residence overlooking the Euganean Hills

In the Borgo Alto district of Arquà Petrarca, the holiday season at Villa Arquade becomes truly magical, with fireplaces always lit, vintage Christmas decorations, and an enchanted garden set up with warm blankets and a brazier to enjoy the sunset over the Euganean Hills.
Villa Arquade is a historic residence nestled in the hills of Arquà Petrarca, where family furnishings, memories of distant travels, and expanses of olive groves and centuries-old trees create a truly enchanting atmosphere during the holidays.
Entrepreneur and event designer Donatella Brunello, former owner of Quella Casa in Arquà, in the center of the village, fell so in love with this timeless residence that she took it over. She has a passion for tableware and décor, having spent a lifetime with her husband running the interior design firm True Design, now run by her children.

It’s a great joy for me to decorate this special place and let my guests experience all the magic of the holidays and Christmas.
(Donatella Brunello)
It’s Donatella herself who transforms this ancient farmhouse, originally built as an olive grove, into an enchanting place during the holidays, with special decorations that will make you feel like you’re on the set of one of the most beautiful Christmas films.
Each room of the villa, a rarity with original furnishings spanning two floors, is adorned with garlands, Christmas trees, candles, and tartan fabrics reminiscent of English country cottages.

All rooms can be privately reserved for lunches, dinners, parties, and aperitifs, particularly the kitchen and living room with antique fireplaces, the two dining rooms that can be set up with long tables, and the garden with a terrace overlooking the infinity pool and the stunning Euganean Hills.
It is here that one of the most charming corners of Villa Arquade comes to life: the winter living room with a brazier and comfortable seating for enjoying an aperitif at sunset around the fire, as the sky turns purple, before dining on the magical veranda.

Donatella, together with her team, can plan any type of dream event, from dinner for two to weddings, from cooking classes to any type of team building and photo shoot (up to 60 people with backup, including seated inside).
The Secret
In winter, many small animals populate the forest near Villa Arquade, from squirrels that come to feed in the garden to foxes that can be seen from afar, beyond the fence that separates the house from the expanse of olive trees and ancient trees that surround it.
